AFAQ organised Principal Conventions to polish up the skills of school administrations. The AFAQ Training Division had arranged 110 principal conventions in 11 regions. Lectures on school management, importance of education, ways to engaging the children in education and parent-student relationship were delivered to the participants. Different interactive activities were also organised to teach the school staff various skills.
