They know the needs of customers and the market thoroughly so they can translate new requirements into action quickly and effectively. These SPOs generate the demands for teacher training and training for school management. All these activities are closely related to AFAQ Training and Sales departments. On the heels of a successful foothold in the marketplace, the SPOs are exclusively committed to promoting AFAQ educational services which includes Textbooks, Teacher Training, School System Development, and AFAQ Children Publications such as AFAQ Encyclopedia, Educational CDs and support material.
AFAQ Sales & Distribution department is responsible for selling AFAQ products or services to its potential buyers including the private schools spread all over the country. AFAQ Sales & Distribution seeks to promote the sales of products and services that will most benefit the customer-owners, and to establish creditability through communication in a manner that will optimize the market share, improve AFAQ’s efficiency, help in achieving the AFAQ’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service. This department aligns AFAQ resources and optimizes its market coverage, increasing the depth and quality of interactions across the country. One of the key responsibilities of sales department is to work closely with sales force to facilitate the sale process. Besides, AFAQ Sales & Distribution department has the job to bring products to market in record speed. AFAQ has established network of 200 dealers through out the Pakistan.
